Vaccine Awareness Week Nov. 1 - 7

The ever growing list of recommended vaccines should raise a red flag of concern for every citizen, particularly when so many of them are directed at our children. No doubt it's a very profitable market and an area that each of us should strive to be educated in. Thus, I thought some of you might be interested in learning more during this designated vaccine awareness week.

Thank you Joli! I know it's a topic that many people feel very passionately about, but I think "awareness" not walking blindly is essential for all parents.

I don't necessarily fancy myself standing firmly on one side or the other, but rather on my knees in abeyance, diligently and continually trying to process the mass of confusing and conflicting information available, seeking a balance between the benefits and risks, all in effort to make the best, most informed decision I can for my children. Afterall, it is for our childrens well being that so many of us are driven by such a passion on the topic :)

Ugh! I don't understand this topic. I am procrastinating on figuring it all out--it's so confusing to me. Meanwhile, the vaccinations of my two youngest are. . ."on hold".
